240-70 Swing clamps double-acting, for low pressure, pmax. 70 bar
This hydraulic swivel clamping cylinder works as a double-acting pull cylinder, whereby part of the stroke is used to swivel the piston. The variant without swivel angle functions as a pure pull cylinder with a linear stroke. The swing clamps are equipped with a reinforced swing mechanism.
Info
To ensure a long service life, the swing clamp cylinders are equipped with an integrated metal wiper as standard. The cylinders are equipped with a pipe thread and O-ring flange connection for drilled channels to supply pressure oil.
Right or left swivel versions with a 90° swivel angle or pull cylinders without a swivel angle (0°) are available. The permissible operating pressure depends on the clamp length. Special clamps can be fitted in addition to the standard clamp. The maximum operating pressure of 70 bar does not apply to all clamps.
Special features:
-
Protective metal scraper included
-
Reinforced swivel mechanism
-
Oil supply via holes or threaded connections
-
Easy loading and unloading of the device
-
Standard and special clamping arms available
