- Manufacturing precision components on modern 3- to 5-axis CNC machine tools
- Evaluate technical drawings, plan/organize tasks
- Set up machine tools, modify machine programs
- Monitor and document production processes & check quality characteristics

Your profile:
You have successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as a cutting machine operator, industrial or tool mechanic and ideally have professional experience in a comparable field. You are also a team player, reliable and willing to work shifts.

Cutting machine operators (m/f/d) manufacture precision components, usually from metal, using cutting processes such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding.

Industry: We are an equipment partner for the international machine tool industry and a manufacturer of hydraulic clamping technology for machining production processes.

Facts and figures about your apprenticeship at HYDROKOMP:
- Duration of apprenticeship 3.5 years with the option of shortening if you perform well (1/2 year)

Trainee shift:
Monday: 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 30-minute break
Tuesday: 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 30-minute break
Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 30-minute break
Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 30-minute break
Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., no break

Trainee salary according to training year:
Company credit card: 50€ per month
Internet flat rate: 50€ per month
First year of training: 806€ + 100€ = 906€
Second year of training: €856 + €100 = €956
Third year of training: €906 + €100 = €1,006
Fourth year of training: €956 + €100 = €1,056

- Assembly and testing of hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies
- Storage work on the company's own Hänel pallet racking systems
- Storage and retrieval of components
- Monitoring and documenting assembly processes & checking quality features
- Provision of assembly modules
- Testing, lasering and packing the assemblies
