The built-in piston consists of a piston,
a threaded bushing including all seals.

Built-in pistons are integrated directly into mounting bodies. The mounting bodies serve as cylinder housings. The advantage of this design is the reduced space requirement for the clamping and actuating cylinders. The threaded bushing is equipped with a metal wiper and a soft wiper as standard. The pressure oil is supplied via drilled channels.

Operating conditions:
Built-in pistons are double-acting hydraulic. This allows tensile and compressive forces to be generated. The type of seal must be selected depending on the temperature conditions. Manufacturing dimensions, surface and dimensional tolerances must be observed in accordance with the HYDROKOMP drawings. After tightening the threaded bushing, it must be secured with the grub screw supplied. To do this, a small thread is made in the threaded hole of the bushing into which the grub screw is screwed.
