Declaration for open-mindedness and tolerance

The increasing violence and radicalization in the world fills us with concern. On the occasion of current events, we declare our offensive advocacy for a tolerant, solidary and free society.

At Hydrokomp, we say yes to diversity, openness and human tolerance. Xenophobia and fundamentalism have no place in our midst.

We are more than 30 people from five nations working together in the company. Our success is also based on the relationships we have built up with our partners and customers over 25 years: Companies all over the world buy our products and services.

Multicultural cooperation is part of the essence of our company and business life. It is precisely the diversity of different specialist knowledge, experience or personal strengths and different cultural influences that guarantees our good position as an internationally active company. Without this openness to the world, which is practiced every day, Hydrokomp would not have grown into the company it is today. It also enriches us far beyond the economic benefits.

We resolutely oppose discrimination against people, regardless of whether it is directed against members of a different ethnic origin, skin color, culture or religion, gender or sexual orientation.
