240-30 Swing clamp with thread/flange at the bottom, overload protection, single/double-acting, pmax. 500 bar

This hydraulic swivel clamping cylinder works as a single-acting or double-acting pull cylinder, whereby part of the stroke is used to swivel the piston. The variant with a 0° swivel angle functions purely as a pull cylinder.

For a long service life, the cylinders are equipped with integrated metal wipers as standard. The cylinders are equipped with a pipe thread and O-ring flange connection for drilled channels to supply pressure oil. Right or left swivel versions with various standardized swivel angles are available. The integrated overload protection protects the swivel mechanism from damage if the swivel process is blocked or the clamping arm is mounted incorrectly.

Operating conditions:

If the permissible volume flow is exceeded, a throttle check valve must be fitted in the pressure oil inlet. When installing the clamping arm, it must be held in place to prevent damage to the ball guide. Variants with swivel angles of 0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° are available. The permissible operating pressure depends on the clamping arm length. Variants with other swivel angles can be supplied as special designs. Special clamping arms can be fitted in addition to the standard clamping arm. The maximum operating pressure of 500 bar does not apply to all clamps.
