This hydraulic swivel clamping cylinder works as a single-acting or double-acting pull cylinder, whereby part of the stroke is used to swivel the piston. The variant with a 0° swivel angle functions purely as a pull cylinder. To ensure a long service life, the cylinders are fitted with integrated metal wipers as standard. The cylinders are equipped with a pipe thread and O-ring flange connection for drilled channels to supply pressure oil. Right or left swivel versions with various standardized swivel angles are available. The integrated overload protection protects the swivel mechanism from damage if the swivel process is blocked or the clamping arm is mounted incorrectly.

Operating conditions:
If the permissible volume flow is exceeded, a throttle check valve must be installed in between. When installing the clamping arm, it must be held in place to prevent damage to the ball guide. Variants are available with swivel angles of
0°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° are available. The permissible operating pressure depends on the length of the clamping arm. Special clamps can be fitted in addition to the standard clamp. The maximum operating pressure of 500 bar does not apply to all clamps.
