Versions with block housing and G1/4 threaded connection or O-ring flange connection as well as a screw-in version are available.

When the spindle is screwed in, the pressure medium is compressed. The pressure in the clamping system increases. Once the operating pressure is reached, the clamping process is initiated and the workpiece is fixed. Unscrewing the spindle reduces the pressure. The clamping system relaxes and releases the workpiece again.

Important note:
The spindle should be screwed in to fill the screw pump with block housing with oil. Then fill in the oil through the filling connection and unscrew the spindle again. The clamping system must not contain any air bubbles (danger: pressure drop). After filling, the clamping system must be completely
be vented completely. To do this, fit a bleed screw at the highest point. The screw pump and clamping elements together form a closed system. All connected components must be tight when not in use. The stroke volume of the screw pump should only be utilized to 60-70%. This means that the spindle should not be screwed against the stops. The clamping force can be checked using a pressure gauge (available as an accessory, see data sheet 600-3). Tools with torque limitation can also be used to actuate the spindle. We advise against using impact wrenches.
