Hero_Tablet-Mobile_250-40 Rotary linear clamp Hydrokomp

250-40 Rotary linear clamp hydraulic double-acting, pmax. 250 bar, pneum. query clamped and/or unclamped (also simultaneously!)

During the clamping process, the rotary linear clamp first rotates the clamping arm and then switches to a linear movement. This means there are no lateral forces at the clamping point and workpiece tolerances are compensated for by the linear stroke.

Info

We manufacture the rotary linear clamp ourselves in our modern machinery. All processes, except for the hardening process, are in our hands.

The rotary linear clamp with pneumatic position sensing is particularly suitable for clamping fixtures that only have limited space for the installation of clamping elements. The design and compact construction of the rotary linear clamps enable flexible solutions for a wide range of installation conditions.

The double-acting rotary linear clamps are tension cylinders and are used in clamping fixtures that are supplied with oil via drilled channels.

The linear stroke is used proportionally to swivel in the clamping lever, which fixes the workpiece. This means that the linear stroke can also compensate for fluctuating workpiece tolerances. To release, the clamping lever swivels back far enough so that the workpiece can be removed without collision.

The clamping lever is coupled to the piston rod. With double-acting rotary linear clamps, the clamping lever is opened or closed by the pressure medium.

Special features:

  • Self-made
  • Special clamping arms on request
  • Clamping without shear forces
  • Pipeless oil supply
  • Partially retractable housing
  • Querying the clamping lever position
  • Any installation position
Operating pressure: 250 bar
Mode of operation: double-acting
Construction variants: plug-in
Piston Ø: 18, 22, 28, 33 mm
Oil connection: drilled channels
Position control: clamped, unclamped or both at the same time

Types:

The installation variant with cover is inserted into open holes and ensures a minimum installation height. A closed blind hole is required for the installation variant without cover.

Installation variant DLSP standard clamping arm with cover

Installation variant DLSP blank without cover

The version with lid is also available, but is not shown here.

Installation variant DLSP adaptive clamping arm without cover

The rotary linear clamp with adaptive clamping lever and integrated swivel mechanism enables the attachment of customer-specific clamping levers, which are relatively easy to manufacture. The 12.9 fastening screw is included in the scope of delivery.

The variant with cover is also available, but is not shown here.

Installation variant DLSP without clamping arm without cover

We also offer only the housing without clamping arm, as we also manufacture special clamping arms according to customer requirements (see data sheet). You are welcome to request these from us.

The version with cover is also available, but is not shown here.

pneumatic Query:

When querying the position, either the clamped position, the unclamped position or even both can be queried simultaneously .

Important:
Minimum pressures required for clamping control:

Pneumatic 0.5 bar
Hydraulics 70 bar

In the clamping area, the clamping lever moves downwards along two hardened surfaces on the housing. One of these surfaces contains a hole for the pneumatic clamping control.

When moving over this hole, the clamping lever does not initially close it completely. Only when a workpiece is actually clamped does the lever rest against the sliding surface and the hole is securely closed.

The clamping control gives a signal when the clamping lever is in the functional clamping range and a workpiece is correctly clamped.

In the unclamping position, the clamping lever covers a pneumatic hole and closes it.
