210-3 Screw-in cylinder with sealing edge with wiper, single-acting, pmax. 500 bar
The single-acting screw-in cylinders are screwed directly into the fixture body. They have a wiper and a return spring as standard.
Info
The single-acting screw-in cylinders are screwed directly into the fixture body. These cylinders have been designed for maximum operating pressures of up to 500 bar. They have a wiper and a return spring as standard. The crowned piston rod in combination with the compact design ensures space-saving installation in the device. Boreholes allow the pressure medium to be fed in without exposed supply lines and external screw connections. The piston is retracted to the depressurized starting position by an integrated return spring. The piston is retracted to the depressurized starting position by an integrated return spring. The screw-in cylinders cannot be loaded when the piston is retracted.
Sealing:
HYDROKOMP screw-in cylinders are metallically sealed by the sealing edge screwed onto the cylinder. A right-angled, flat-ground installation surface in the device body is essential for this. For screw-in cylinders with a piston Ø of 32 mm, sealing is achieved by means of an edge seal.
Special features:
-
Sealing through metallic sealing edge
- crowned piston surface
- with integrated scraper
-
Pipe-less oil supply
-
5 sizes as standard
-
High clamping forces and force density
-
