200-6 Block cylinder as a pull cylinder with spring return, single-acting, pmax. 500 bar, with metal wiper
This single-acting pull cylinder is suitable for smaller systems that are not cycle-bound. The built-in return spring is only used to return the piston.
Info
The built-in return spring is only used to return the piston. The return time depends on several conditions. It is therefore not possible to calculate the exact return time. If feed and return are to be cycle-bound and/or force-loaded at a fixed interval, we recommend the use ofdouble-acting block cylinders . The compact cubic design and the transverse groove make it easier to mount the pull cylinder and guarantee high operating pressures.
A double hydraulic seal is used as standard on the pull cylinder, which guarantees extremely low-leakage continuous operation. The pull cylinder is also equipped with a metal scraper, which prevents metal chips from entering the soft scraper and thus significantly increases availability. The pull cylinder has an internal piston rod thread. Fastening elements can be securely screwed into the internal thread. To prevent foreign bodies and liquids from entering the spring chamber of the pull cylinder, a ventilation line can be connected if required.
HYDROKOMP offers a cataloged standard range with 9 sizes and different pressure oil supply variants. We also design and manufacture customer-specific special variants.
