200-3 Block cylinder with metal wiper, single/double-acting, pmax. 500 bar, inner piston rod thread
Block cylinders are popular design elements in all areas where short strokes with high forces are required. The metal wiper is always included with Hydrokomp.
Info
Double-acting:
The double-acting function enables precise stroke times when extending and retracting the piston. Pre-stroke and return stroke are power-operated.
Single-acting:
The single-acting block cylinder is available with or without spring return. In the function with spring return, the piston is pulled into its pressureless starting position by the spring. Block cylinders without spring return do not automatically return the piston.
Special features:
-
Ideal for low-leakage continuous operation
-
Space-saving installation option
-
4 mounting options
-
With metal scraper as standard
-
Internal piston thread, e.g. for screwing in pressure screws
-
Standard cylinders and special variants available

Conact bolts
Contact boltsd are screwed directly into the internal thread of the piston rod of a clamping element or into separately available clamps. Hydrokomp offers the pressure screws in various designs.
